FRG Funding provides accounts receivable factoring through our
factoring company, First Republic Factors, LLC (FRF).
If your company is experiencing tight cash flow due to difficulties
in bridging the collection time of your receivables, FRF will
purchase your accounts receivable at a discount, providing you
the cash flow needed to effectively meet your financial and
operational commitments. Our full compliment of services provides
each customer with access to quick and reliable factoring. We
factor any type of industry whether it is Distribution, Manufacturing
or Service and will also purchase Government, Municipal and
Commercial receivables.
FRF provides the following services: .
Credit Services:
FRF is your Credit Department.
We evaluate your customer’s
credit risk and provide you established credit limits
for each of your customers.
We provide credit reports,
summarizing your customer’s respective credit status.
Bookkeeping:
FRG Funding provides Bi-monthly
agings of Accounts Receivable.
We provide weekly settlement
reports detailing collections for the prior week.
Bookkeeping:
FRF provides Accounts Receivable
agings and other reporting to keep you updated as to the
status of the accounts.
We provide weekly settlement
reports detailing collections for the prior week.
Funding:
FRF will typically purchase
receivables at a 70% to 80% advance rate, depending on
the credit quality of your customer.
We factor using the “Discount
Factoring” method, which means no debt service associated
with the factoring of your receivables.
Our funding is Non-recourse.
We assume the credit risks if invoices are not paid.
We settle equity payments
weekly based upon collections for the prior week. All
settlements are subject to a minimum 7-day clearance period.
